For warranty claims or additional services, please contact our customer service team. If additional services are required beyond the covered terms, fees for straight services are £120, and curved services are £160.

3-Year Gold+ Straight Stairlift Monthly Warranty Proposal:

First Fee: £100 upfront to cover the cost of the first service, plus two further services included in the agreement.
Monthly Payments: £23.50 every calendar month for 36 months, a total of £946 including first fee.
Services Included:

  • Annual servicing,with the first planned in the 11th month.
  • The second service will be ordered on the 23rd month of payment.
  • The third service will be arranged on the 35th month of the monthly term.
Coverage: Includes annual servicing, call-out fees, parts, and breakdown assistance.
Contract Flexibility: You can cancel your contract at any moment. When your contract is about to expire, you can renew it.

For Curved Stairlifts:

3-Year Curved Gold+ Monthly Warranty Proposal:

First Fee: £150 paid up front, increasing the total to £1332.

  • Yearly service, with the first planned in the eleventh month.
  • The second service will be ordered on the 23rd month of payment.
